About the role 

This role is for a highly motivated individual who wants to drive demand generation and accelerate funnel growth at category-creating mid-stage startup. You will own the demand generation priorities and budget to invest across digital channels, events, and webinars. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, analytics, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and be able to execute marketing campaigns from concept to execution to optimization. 

The demand generation manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop ABM strategies as well as own end-to-end execution of programs targeting critical infrastructure industries such as energy, manufacturing, defense, utilities, and logistics. You will be a strategic member of the marketing team to impact the overall strategy and priorities as well as a key partner to the sales team to help accelerate growth in different industries and geographies. 


  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to work in a hyper-growth environment, while setting strategy and getting into the specifics to get the job done
  • Own the budget, overall priorities, and funnel metrics for demand generation 
  • Execute programmatic campaigns aligned to ABM strategies across the buyer journey using a combination of digital and in-person channels 
  • Implement strategies to target multiple different personas with the goal of meeting set for mid-level and C-level executives 
  • Identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for target personas in the critical infrastructure industries 
  • Collaborate across the marketing, product, sales and engineering teams on campaign concepts, content requirements, and creative development to ensure effectiveness for ABM programs 
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to scale, operationalize, and optimize all demand generation programs 
  • Track the marketing funnel performance and report progress to sales team and executive leadership 

Skills and experience 

  • 8+ years of demand generation experience in marketing cybersecurity and/or IT software solutions 
  • 3+ years of experience in ABM program execution, good depth in ABM tools and strategies 
  • Experience targeting cybersecurity and IT buyers at C-level and mid-management level to drive meetings is a must 
  • Digital marketing experience and technical depth in email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), display, and search 
  • Experience with marketing operations and CRM tools – HubSpot experience is a plus 
  • Good analytical and reporting skill sets for measuring and educating on demand generation metrics 
  • Startup experience and strong desire to operate and overachieve is a must 
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
