- Broad knowledge of, and experience in, fundamental information security concepts
- Knowledge of virtual machines (VirtualBox, Vagrant) and containerization technologies (docker)
- B.S degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience with source control (Git, GitHub)
Nice-to-have:
- Graduate degree (M.S/PhD) in Computer Science or Engineering
- Network debugging skills
- Comfortable with second programming language; particularly, scripting & rapid prototyping skills
- Familiarity with formal software engineering processes (bugs, continuous integration, test suites, source control)
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking – understanding of L3-L7 networking protocols
- Prior experience with OAuth2, SAML, SSO, blockchain technologies, and decentralized applications is a plus
- Full stack product testing including front end, backend, and experience in networking stack, authorization, authentication, and security protocols
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, Customer Support, Security Architect, and other teams
- Stay customer-obsessed & represent the customer internally
- Architect, design, and implement test strategy, test cases, and test automation tools
- Identify defects, design flaws, and corner cases
- Architect, design & implement test strategy, test cases, test automation tools, & supporting infrastructure for owned feature(s)/product(s) in collaboration with the engineering team
- Drive formal test planning & execution efforts: functional & non-functional (performance, compatibility, security, etc.) to identify design flaws, product defects, and corner cases
