Third party accreditation firm Bureau Veritas has awarded Xage Security’s Xage Fabric product the IEC 62443-4-2 certification (FR_Cyber10120) at Security Level 3. In a world where critical infrastructure is under constant attack, this certification is a testament to Xage Security’s unwavering commitment to securing these vital systems that power daily life.

The IEC 62443-4-2 certification builds upon the foundation laid by the prior accomplishment of the IEC-62443-4-1 certification (FR_Cyber10093) in January 2023.

The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 62443 series are a set of standards for safeguarding industrial automation and control systems (IACS) against evolving cyber threats. Achieving certification means the Xage Fabric meets the highest benchmarks for ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of critical infrastructure. For Xage customers, this translates to unmatched resilience against cyber threats, safeguarding their operations, and ultimately, their bottom line.

Security Level 3 certification entails meeting rigorous requirements, including but not limited to: robust access controls, encryption protocols, audit trails, and advanced threat mitigation. Only a select few organizations have achieved this level of cybersecurity maturity, emphasizing Xage Security’s exceptional commitment to excellence and adding to the list of certifications and recognition it has received.
