We’re excited to share that Xage Security has once again been named one of America’s Best Startup Employers by Forbes for 2026, making this our third consecutive year on the list.

This recognition reflects something we care deeply about: building a company where people love the work they do and the team they do it with, while continuing to grow and lead in cybersecurity.

Forbes, in partnership with Statista, analyzed a defined set of KPIs tied to company growth and workplace quality. This year’s process was especially competitive. More than 7 million data points were collected across 20,000+ eligible startups, and only 2,700 companies qualified for deeper evaluation. In the end, just 500 companies made the 2026 list.

Rankings were based on three key areas: Employer Reputation, Employee Satisfaction, and Company Growth. We are proud to be recognized across all three.

Employer Reputation

Reputation matters, especially in a fast-moving industry like cybersecurity. Forbes evaluated factors such as media coverage, social presence, and external recognition to understand how companies are perceived both publicly and internally.

For us, this recognition reinforces the trust we have built in the industry and the strong culture we have created inside the company. We are proud to be known not just for innovation in protecting critical infrastructure, but also for being a place where talented people can do meaningful work.

Employee Satisfaction
