Xage Zero Trust User Access

This subscription allows authenticated users to access critical IT/OT/Cloud infrastructure to an unlimited number of workstations, servers, and modern computer devices using a web browser over the internet or internal networks based on access policies predefined by the administrators.

Xage Zero Trust Device Access and Enforcement

This subscription allows authenticated user, application, or machine access to devices (including device-to-device access) regardless of protocol based on policies pre-defined by the administrators. This subscription includes virtual Xage Enforcement Points to enforce access and protect devices. Appliance-based Xage Enforcement Points are available, but not included.

Xage Zero Trust Cloud Workload Access & Enforcement

This subscription allows authenticated user, application, or machine access to cloud based workloads (including workload-to-workload access) regardless of protocol based on policies pre-defined by the administrators. This subscription includes virtual Xage Enforcement Points to enforce access and protect workloads. Appliance-based Xage Enforcement Points are available, but not included.

Xage Zero Trust Web Application Access

This subscription allows authenticated users to access web/HTTP(s) based applications in on-premise or cloud environments using a web browser based on access policies predefined by the administrators.

Xage Enforcement Point Advanced HW (LAN-Bypass)

The Xage Enforcement Point Appliance is purchased from Xage as a third party industrial computer and shipped pre-installed with Xage Enforcement Point software. The LAN bypass functions to prevent failed LAN transmission from impeding important in-flow critical data. The function is to ensure fault-tolerance for network appliances so that essential communications can continue even when software, hardware or power failure occurs.

Xage Zero Trust Data Exchange for Small Data Sources

This subscription allows for secure data exchange between small data sources (max daily data output of 50GB)  limited to single purpose IIoT devices (PLC, RTU, smart meters, mission sensors) and applications across layered networks using Xage Fabric.

Xage Zero Trust Data Verification for Small Data Sources

Add on to Zero Trust Data Exchange Solution.  Allows data integrity verification for data from point of collection to point of destination (confirm data has not been tampered with) for small Data Sources (less than 50GB data output daily).

Xage Zero Trust Data Exchange for Medium Data Sources

This subscription allows for secure data exchange between medium data sources (limited to standard Computer/Server type devices such as SCADA and Application servers – max daily data output of 500GB) and applications across layered networks using Xage Fabric.

Xage Zero Trust Data Verification for Medium Data Sources

Add on to Zero Trust Data Exchange Solution.  Allows data integrity verification for data from point of collection to point of destination (confirm data has not been tampered with) for medium Data Sources (less than 500GB data output daily).

Xage Zero Trust Data Exchange for Large Data Sources

This subscription allows for secure data exchange between large data sources (applies to storage systems such as Enterprise Historians, Data Lakes, databases etc. daily data output >500GB) and users or applications across layered networks using Xage Fabric.

Xage Zero Trust Data Verification for Large Data Sources

Add on to Zero Trust Data Exchange Solution.  Allows data integrity verification for data from point of collection to point of destination (confirm data has not been tampered with) for Large Data Sources (more than 500GB data output daily).

Standard Support

Standard Customer Support includes email support during standard business hours (Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm EST except holidays) and customer support portal access.

Advanced Support

Advanced Customer Support includes phone/email support during standard business hours (Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm EST except holidays) and customer support portal access.

Premium Support

Premium Customer Support includes phone/email support 24 x 7 x 365 (initial response within 2 hours from initial contact) and support portal access.

Premium Customer Support is included with the license and provides phone/email support 24/7/365 in the service agreement. This support includes tier 1 support personnel for initial calls and tier 2 support personnel certified on the Xage Fabric for advanced troubleshooting.
