About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Product Management to join our product team, reporting directly to the SVP of Products. This individual will leverage prior experience to drive the development of innovative products, go-to-market strategies, and execution methodologies that support the successful introduction and scaling of our offerings. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business opportunities and the fast-changing landscape of cybersecurity. As a key leader, this role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, inspires cross-functional teams, and ensures that our products deliver exceptional value to customers while maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Job Description
- Drive the success of Xage’s products
- Define and manage the strategic product vision and roadmap.
- Assess market trends, competition, and customer needs to shape products and accelerate adoption.
- Translate customer use cases into clear product requirements.
- Gather and prioritize requirements with input from customers, sales, and field teams.
- Partner with engineering to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market strategies and content.
- Evaluate partnerships, integrations, and licensing opportunities.
- Recommend pricing models that support growth and profitability.
- Communicate and work with Sales, Marketing, Business Partners and Customers to clearly define and communicate differentiated benefits of Xage’s products and platforms.

Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management for cybersecurity products or equivalent mix of engineering and product leadership
- Experience managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Identity & Access Management (IAM) products
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Creativity and analytical rigor to innovate and make data-driven product decisions
- Strong leadership presence with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate externally
- Skilled at navigating dynamic, high-pressure environments
