About The Role
We are seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to lead our Asset Protection product line. In this critical role, you will define the roadmap, strategy, and execution for products designed to secure enterprise assets and resources, critical data, and physical infrastructure. This position requires a hands-on product leader who thrives on end-to-end execution.
The ideal candidate possesses deep domain expertise in network security, next-generation firewalls (NGFW), software-defined networking (SDN), or micro-segmentation, combined with a passion for building highly scalable, distributed zero-trust architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Asset Protection portfolio. Define the vision, strategy, and feature roadmap based on market trends, threat landscapes, and customer needs.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Work in lockstep with engineering, UX/UI, and CS teams to define and build resilient, deployable, and user-friendly asset protection solutions.
- Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop clear product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends in SDN, firewalls, micro-segmentation, and network security. Act as the internal subject matter expert on how our asset protection capabilities stack up against legacy solutions and emerging threats.
- Customer Advocacy: Engage directly with customers—ranging from federal agencies to Fortune 500 enterprises to gather feedback, understand operational pain points, and validate product direction.
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience: BS/BA in CS/Math, 5+ years of product management experience in networking or B2B cybersecurity, with a proven track record driving complex product lines.
- Technical Domain Expertise: Strong hands-on background managing products focused on micro-segmentation, network security, next-generation firewalls (NGFW), or software-defined networking (SDN).
- Zero Trust Knowledge: Deep understanding of zero-trust architecture, identity and access management, and least-privilege principles.
- Individual Contributor Mindset: High agency and execution-focused; comfortable driving projects independently from ideation through market launch without relying on a team of PMs.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate highly complex, technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for executive buyers.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
