About the Role

Xage Security is seeking a high-performing Federal Account Executive to drive revenue growth within the U.S. federal market. This role is responsible for developing and executing account strategies, closing new business, and expanding relationships across federal agencies.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and strategic partners to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions and navigate complex federal sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within U.S. federal agencies
  • Build and expand relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, program managers, and contracting officers
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with Xage’s federal go-to-market strategy
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including negotiation and contracting
  • Partner with Federal System Integrators (FSIs) such as GDIT, SAIC, and Leidos to identify and pursue joint opportunities
  • Partner with Value Added Resellers (VARs) such as Guidepoint, ThunderCat Technologies, and Blackwood to pursue opportunities
  • Collaborate with presales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver compelling solutions and customer outcomes
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to customer needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using methodologies such as MEDDPIC
  • Navigate federal procurement processes including GWACs, IDIQs, OTAs, and subcontracting pathways
  • Establish Xage as a trusted advisor within target accounts and agencies

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise or federal sales, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota, including closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Experience selling into U.S. federal agencies and understanding of federal procurement processes
  • Experience working with Federal System Integrators (e.g., GDIT, SAIC, Leidos)
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience with MEDDPIC (or similar sales methodology)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, or IT/OT cybersecurity solutions
  • Existing relationships with federal agency decision-makers
  • Experience supporting critical infrastructure or IT-OT environments

This role has a base salary range of $155,000–$165,000 and is eligible for additional variable compensation.
